We keep what we need to review your software, run the service and bill for it. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no fonts loaded from elsewhere.
Who is responsible
AutoNMS Limited, registered in Cyprus under number HE477557, Strovolou 77, Strovolos Center, Floor 4, Flat/Office 401, 2018 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus, is the controller of your personal data. Write to sales@merehumans.io with any privacy question or request.
What we keep
- Your account: name, email address, a hashed password, two-factor settings if you turn them on, and your sessions (with the IP address and browser they came from).
- Your application: the answers you give about the product, its buyers, money, the build and your team.
- Review records: vetting reports, decisions, messages with the review team and an audit history of changes. Reviewers’ private notes are not shown to you.
- Onboarding and proposals: company and billing details you give us, the proposals you accept and the terms you agreed to.
- Payments: amounts, tax, dates and Stripe references. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store them.
- How you found us, only if you choose to tell us.
- If you apply to work with us as a salesperson or PR person: your name, email, languages, availability and the example you send. Only our operations team can read them.
Why, and on what basis
- To provide what you ask for: your account, the vetting, proposals and the service (performance of a contract, and steps you ask for before one).
- To keep invoices and payment records, as accounting and tax law requires (legal obligation).
- To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and limit repeated submissions (our legitimate interest in running a safe service).
- To record how you found us, if you agree (consent, which you can withdraw).
Who processes it for us
Hetzner Online hosts the service and its database in the EU and delivers our email. Stripe processes payments and issues invoices. When you create an account, submit an application or pay, our team gets an email with your name, email address or product name. Each handles data only to provide its service to us. Where a provider transfers data outside the EEA, it does so under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and application while your account is open. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Salesperson applications are kept while we consider them. Ask us to delete anything else and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect your session. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave. Founders can download their application records from the workspace at any time. Write to sales@merehumans.io; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
